Meeting Summary:

Chairman Husta called the meeting to order at 7:06PM and read the Agenda into the record.

Chairman Husta stated Alternate Member Kathie Grambling would be acting for Dan Proctor on all cases tonight.

 

Chairman Husta opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

Member Brian Taylor stated for the record that since he is on the Agenda as an Applicant he recused himself from the meeting at 7:10PM while discussions of his SUP on behalf of the Enneagram Institute is reviewed.

 

New Business:

 

Special Use Permit for meeting space and workshops by Brian Taylor on behalf of the Enneagram Institute. Property is located at 3355 State Route 209 in the R-1 zoning at tax map number 62.3-2-15 and contains 72 acres.

No official actions were taken. Board members stated they intend to open the public hearing at the October 22, 2014 ZBA meeting and the Secretary is directed to publish the legal notice if the updated Site Plan is received by the October meeting deadline of October 7, 2014.

 

Member Brian Taylor re-joined the meeting at 7:55PM.

 

Correspondence- request for extension by Dawn Deevy

Motions:

Member Brian Taylor motioned and member Kathie Grambling seconded the motion to place Ms. Deevy’s request for an extension on the October 22, 2014 Zoning Board meeting for review and notify the neighbors of same

Vote:

Will Husta-Aye Paris Perry-Aye Brian Taylor-Aye Kathie Grambling-Aye Dan Proctor-Absent Mark Knudsen-Absent Diane Silverberg-Absent Motion carried by a vote of four ayes; zero nays; three absent; zero abstentions

 

Old Business:

Special Use Permit by Hopped Up Café to operate a Limited Service Eating and Drinking Establishment at 2303 Lucas Tpke.

Update: Received remaining items for basic complete Application

No official actions were taken.

 

Public Hearing:

Special Use Permit for Antique Shop by Sal & Judith Padavano. Location: 176 Cedar Hill Rd High Falls; R-1 district, tax map number 70.3-4-37 containing 5.8 acres.
