| | | Supervisor
| The Supervisor is the Chief Fiscal Officer of the town and the Chief Operating Officer for all Town Departments, with the exception of the Highway Department. He/she also sets the agenda for, (and serves as the Chair of) the Town Board, which is the legislative body of Town Government.

| The Assesor's Office is responsible for the determining the value of properties for the assesment of property tax and it also administers subsidy programs, such as the Star Exemption and other programs.

| The Clerk's Office is responsible for recording the business of Town government and also serves as a repository for a wide variety of Town documents. In Marbletown the Town Clerk is also the Tax Collector and the Registrar of Vital Statistics.

| Maintains all town roads and bridges.The Highway Department is administered by the Highway Superidntendent, who is an elected official, and is responsible for highway budgets and operations.

The Planning and Zoning Department processes all applications for subdivisions, site plan approvals, special permits and variances. It also schedules the agendas of the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Approvals and renders technical/administrative assistance to applicants. | Youth and Recreation Department
| The Youth and Recreation Department offers a wide range of programs, events, and activities for all ages and also oversees the operation of the Community Center and Town Park.

| Environmental Conservation Commission
| As an advisory commmission to the Town Board, the ECC investigates and researches a wide range on environmental issues and topics and makes recommendations to the Town Board and other town entities.
| Historic Preservation Commission
| Historic Preservaton Commission members are appointed by the Town Board to advise the Town Board, the Planning Board, and the Building and Zoning Department on issues relating to the preservation of historic and cultural properties in Marbletown.
| Planning Board
| The Board makes determinations on minor and major sub-divisions, boundary line adjustments, site plans, and sign applications.
| Planning & Zoning Committee
| The PZC serves in an advisory capacity to the Town Board and is authorized to research community planning and zoning issues and to make recommendations for legislative action to the Town Board.
| Town Board
| Legislative Branch of Town Government responsible for adopting Local Laws. It also makes appointments to other boards and committees, manages municipal employment policies and is responsible for town budgetary and financial matters.
| Youth and Recreation Commission
| The Commission meets monthly to research and study the needs and interests of the citizens of the Town of Marbletown, develop plans and progams to be run by the Commission, and evaluate programs to determine their effectiveness. The Commission maintains, equips and operates the Town Park and oversees the operation of the Community Center.
| Zoning Board of Appeals
| Special use permits, variances, appeals. Zoning board meets 7:00 p.m. on the 4th Wednesday of every month at the town hall.
