RUPCO was awarded another grant for their Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Plus One program. The program is expected to begin mid to late spring and is awarded on a first come, first serve basis for eligible applicants. Those furthest along with building plans, approved septic design, or a building permit will be ready to apply on day one. Since Marbletown allows ADU's on nearly all properties by right, residents don't need Planning Board approval and can start preparing now to apply.
