"The Town Board of the Town of Marbletown desires to create a Housing Advisory Committee to review and analyze the housing needs of citizens of Marbletown and to advise on policies and initiatives, develop strategies, and recommend any zoning changes or adoption of ordinances to best serve the housing needs of Marbletown citizens.
