Rondout Valley Update 2020 Annual Budget Vote and School Board Election

Dear Rondout Valley School District Community:

Over the weekend we were informed by representatives of NTS, the company providing our absentee ballots, that ballots for our District will be mailed to registered voters during the upcoming week between June 1st and June 3rd.

Once you have received your ballot, if you believe that it will not be received by the District by the deadline of 5:00 PM on Tuesday, June 9th if you mail it, there will be locked ballot boxes set up on Monday, June 8th and Tuesday, June 9th on the main campus between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Two lock boxes will be located in front of the District Office and two will be located in front of the Middle School. Please follow the signs when entering and exiting the campus.

If you believe that your mailed vote will not reach us by the deadline, June 9th by 5:00 PM, we encourage you to use the locked drop-boxes.
