Notice of Sale of Surplus Municipal Property

Dear Neighbor,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you that the Town of Marbletown has identified certain surplus properties that are no longer required for municipal use. As part of our ongoing efforts to efficiently manage community assets, we will be selling these properties in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

The surplus properties include two vacant properties. One property is a .6-acre lot on Duck Pond Road, SBL#62.13-1-17 and the other property is 8.61 acres on Barberry Road, SBL#62.3-1-10 The sale will be conducted through a sealed bid process, and interested parties will have the opportunity to submit bids by May 16, 2025, to the Town Clerk's office no later than 2pm. Bids will be opened after 2pm.
