TOWN OF MARBLETOWN LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Marbletown on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 7:00 PM local time at the Rondout Municipal Center, 1915-1925 Lucas Avenue Cottekill, NY, to hear all interested parties regarding Transferring $3,961.75 from the Repair Reserve Fund to Reconstruct the Highway Garage Roof and additional Capital Improvements, namely gutters and leaders on the Transfer Station roof to the Capital Reserve Fund.
